To promote an inclusive, dynamic, supportive and holistic school culture, our school follows a shuffling policy of students. The aim to implement this policy is to create a welcoming and balanced learning environment, which fosters overall development of students.
Rationale:
- Diverse Group Interaction which fosters better communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop Collaborative Skills to prepare them for real world scenarios.
- Promote Inclusivity where everyone feeds valued, respected and supported.
Frequency of Shuffling:
- Students will be reshuffled in the beginning of session (Class 1, Class 4, Class 6 and Class 9)
Implementation Process:
- The Academic Coordination Team (ACT) will oversee the shuffling process.
- The final list will be put up on the day of result declaration.
Mentoring and Support:
- Counselors will be available to address any concerns / challenges faced by students.
- Class Teachers will provide guidance and support to promote inclusivity within the reshuffled groups.
Approval and Compliance:
- Sections once allotted will not be changed.
- Parents are requested not to approach for specific placements for their wards as it may disrupt the school functioning.
- Students are expected to adhere to this policy to ensure its successful implementation and contribution to their overall growth and development.
