BCM Arya School ignited my passion for culinary arts and provided a solid foundation in food production. The curriculum prepared me for success at Fanshawe College in Culinary Management. Now, as the Wholesale Head Chef at the University of British Columbia, I draw on the skills and values from BCM, which instilled the importance of culinary excellence. I am deeply grateful for BCM's pivotal role in my career.
