Record of proceedings: To disseminate the message of being fit under the 'FIT INDIA WEEK' programme, an initiative was taken up by BCM Arya Model Sr. Sec. School. Fit India Week was celebrated from 1st December , 2022 to 7th December, 2022 where in a plethora of activities (Yoga and meditation sessions, Kabaddi matches, Quiz, Poster making, Debate, Essay writing) were carried out to create mass awareness on the fitness issue. Physical assessment of the students was taken in which students were indulged in various kinds of balance exercises. The zest and fervour portrayed by the students proved that they enjoyed all the activities enthusiastically. The activities filled BCMites with vibrance. Overall, It was an enlightening experience for the students as they learnt that remaining fit is the most important aspect of life
